BOOKING PROCEDURE

Get in touch with us regarding your next tour, whether it’s hiking, biking, walking or whatever, we’ll make it happen and we’ll make sure it’s fun.

Step 1:

Mail us to check availability.

Step 2:

We will send you a quote based on projected number of participants and provisionally reserve your dates pending receipt of your deposit, which must be received within 7 days or your dates will be released.

Step 3:

Pay required deposit into banking account and email proof of payment to di@daytrippers.co.za, after which we will confirm your dates.

Step 4:

All participants to download our indemnity form email it back to us along with the balance of payment no less than 12 weeks prior to start of tour.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Deposit

    A deposit of 25% of the total tour fee is required to confirm the booking. No bookings will be secured until this deposit has been paid.

    Balance Payment – Balance of payment is required no later than 12 weeks (84 days) prior to departure. Late applicants may, however, join the tour subject to availability.

    Cancellations – If the cancellation is received up to 84 days or more prior to departure, the appropriate deposit will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation less than 84 days prior to departure, the following charges will apply:

    • 83 – 56 days – 50% of total fare
    • 55 to 28 days – 75% of total fare
    • less than 28 days – 100% of total fare
